The root system is very easy to clean, but if you don't have the patience, the roots break. I only used 3 different rooting methods for the first 3 months, but I'm not sure most of you have done anything that works. I was a little pissed to see the bad news, but they've been working on this problem for a while now, so I'm looking forward to finally putting it on the market for that water purification plant with a great story. I am glad to hear that it is no longer a mystery, but I have to say that as of today, I am really happy with how the root system worked out.
