The natural world has been flooded throughout human history, but it is not always easily available, and our efforts cannot be ignored. Fortunately, environmental groups are tackling the matter by building a public benefit program called Clean Water Everywhere, to include both water and natural resources by developing public water resources systems, including public lands. The goal is to create a system that includes "smart, green infrastructure," that places infrastructure to protect water, and also "recharges" water by utilizing natural resources such as natural reserves and natural resources in order to provide people with clean water.
