(3) The applicant must show that the applicant:
(a) has received a Certificate of Training and Certification (CTT) or a Dictation of Service (DDT) from a Licensed Practitioner; and
(b) is at least 18 years old at the time of the application, but has not previously passed any of the prerequisites on which each of the prerequisites for the certificate is based.
(4) If the applicant is 18 years of age or younger, the applicant must also provide to the Board and the applicant's employer with further information concerning the applicant's age.

32. An employer can request the certification that provides for the qualifications and training of persons required to work in the sector of education or training to work outside the educational system. This certification may be issued in lieu of certification.
