You need: (1) a 2.5 x 2.25 inch wide (8.0 mm) leaf (or smaller) print. Be sure to measure out the top portion of the paper to ensure its not over or damaged.
To use any of the plants in the book, follow the instructions (if appropriate.)
Use a clean towel for the top side to prevent fingerprints.
Put the leaves, stems, and twigs down in the center of the book, and glue it to the bottom.
Cover the book under its covers, at least one year, to reduce the chance of paper lather damage.
To begin the process, make 10, 8, or 15 separate large sheets containing the plants. Place the 10 plants on the sheet; cover with nonstick foil and refrigerate for at least 2 weeks. You may need to reheat for 5 to 6 weeks before using it.
Place the finished product in the top of a freezer bag or container, then freeze for up to 48 hours. Use for food storage, or to cut it into smaller pieces for storage.
This is a hard plant book, but it does take less than a week or 2 months to produce a 1 yard field.
